Eggplant ‘Fairy tale’
This pretty eggplant is compact in shape and can remain in a container of 30cm or more or plant directly in the garden. Small fruit products 10cm long with no bitterness and very few seeds. Very early and fast-growing. Small eggplants can be harvested and savoured at all stages of maturity.

Eggplant is grown like tomato. They should be planted in May when any danger of frost is gone. Plant with 60 cm spacing on rows 80 cm apart.
They prefer rich, warm soil.
Good companionship: borage, tarragon, bean, parsley, peas, thyme
